Deb Crimmins is an accomplished leader, entrepreneur and business advisor with deep expertise in the US healthcare payer and reimbursement landscape. Deb has demonstrated Revenue Cycle and Financial expertise across a broad spectrum of healthcare entities and is known as an executive who can develop and execute the right revenue cycle strategies to support and bolster a company’s business objectives.

As the Founder and President of Crimmins & Associates Consulting and Strategic Advisor for Private Equity, Deb leverages a unique blend of revenue cycle, operations and project experience to complete rigorous analysis, diligence recommendations and to provide strategic advice for client CEOs, Private Equity partners and Boards. Prior to founding her consulting firm, Deb held senior executive roles in Renal Care and Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion, Home Health and Respiratory/DME organizations.  Deb holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of NY.

Creative, analytical, process-oriented problem solver skilled in process improvement implementation and building high-performing teams.

Lynn uses her diverse industry background in technology, non-profit, government, and health care to develop strong employee engagement and program implementation strategies for clients. She is passionate about transforming audacious strategic goals into engaging action plans that inspire teams and clarify direction.

Lynn holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Administration at the University of Washington. When not delving into complex customer problems, you can find her gardening, sewing, or on a hike with her family in Seattle, WA.
